DISCUS Planner: New DISCUS Module

DISCUS Planner adds the capability to perform characteristic planning for a part throughout its lifecycle. It enables a user to create process illustrations, work instructions, and inspection characteristics for each operation in the routing. Since it works with the acclaimed DISCUS user interface, the Planner module is very easy to adopt. The DISCUS users have been a key driver in the development of the Planner functionality. Josh Church, Manufacturing Engineer at Vanderhorst Brothers in California said, “DISCUS Planner enables us to manage characteristics at each operation in the routing, and helps us ensure that all characteristics are properly addressed during production”.
