DISCUS Customer Profiles

The simple and easy way to configure DISCUS for various Customers.

Using Customer Profiles automatically configures DISCUS to:

  • Use the DISCUS Common Core Characteristics (3C) Library applicable for the specific customer. The 3C Library is the list of requirement terms and units of measure used within DISCUS.
  • Set Export Bill of Characteristic (BOC) Validators applicable for the customer.
  • If applicable, set the default Export BOC to Excel to the Excel templates customized for the customer.

To load a Customer Profile into DISCUS, simply Import the profile zip file, then select that profile on the TDP Properties window.
