Is there a way to try out DISCUS Design?

Is DISCUS Design included Basic?

No. DISCUS Design is available for a separate license fee, and adds news capabilities to DISCUS Basic.

How do I access and use Design?

Design will appear as an additional menu pad at the top of the main DISCUS window, and the model panel will have additional controls and tool bars. In addition, there are additional windows for a process tree, design constraints, etc.

Does DISCUS Design work on all 3D CAD formats?

DISCUS Design uses the Adobe 3D engine to display and analyze the CAD models. The supported formats include:

It is not required, but it is highly recommended so that you can apply the producibility analysis before a drawing is created.
