On the OCR mode, set as Notes. Then click the Extract Text tool (E) and navigate to the title block. Drag a rectangle around the Part Name and highlight the Part Name in the box that displays. Select Set as Part Name and Save Properties. In the Part Accountability Tab, the Part Name will then populate that required field.
